1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return if:
The product received is damaged
The wrong item was delivered
The product has a manufacturing defect
The item is missing from the package
Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following products may not be eligible for return:
Used or washed products
Customized or personalized items
Products damaged after delivery
Items without original packaging or tags
Clearance, sale, or discounted items (unless damaged)
3. Unboxing Video Requirement
For damaged, missing, or incorrect product claims:
Customers must provide a clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package opening
Photos/videos of the issue may also be required
Claims without proper proof may not qualify for replacement or refund.
4. Return Approval Process
Once your return request is received:
Our team will review the request
Approved returns may be eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund
Return pickup availability depends on location and courier support
SYP INDIA reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions.
5. Refund Process
After successful verification and approval:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days
In some cases, store credit or replacement may be offered instead of a refund
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment confirmation.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
7. Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges (if applicable) are generally non-refundable
Customers may need to bear return shipping charges in certain cases unless the error was from our side
8. Failed Deliveries
Orders returned due to:
Incorrect address
Unreachable phone number
Customer unavailable during delivery
may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
9. Exchange Policy
Product exchanges depend on:
Product availability
Size/color availability
Return condition approval
Exchange requests must follow the same return guidelines.
